The People’s Fund of Qala Bala village was established in 2008 with the aim of promoting livelihood projects and creating an environmental environment and revitalizing the rich and indigenous culture of Qala Bala with the financial and technical support of the Environmental Small Grants Office and the World Land Plan Association.
